LICENSE ======== The license agreement for AGiSS products are included separately in the file LICENSE.TXT. GUARANTEE ========= AGiSS software comes with a money back guarantee. If you purchase software from AGiSS and are dissatisfied with the product, you may return it to AGiSS within 60 days of the ship date for full refund. ORDER PROCESSING ================ Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days and shipped to you via UPS or U.S. Priority Mail and should arrive within 3 days of the ship date. UPGRADES ======== If you purchase an AGiSS software product, and a new version of the product is released within 100 days of the ship date, you are eligible for a free upgrade via the internet, or for $5 dollars we can mail you the new version on a floppy disk. ($5 to cover the cost of shipping and handling) Any release of the software passed the 100 days, can be upgraded for $19.95 via the internet, or for an additional $5 the master floppy disk can be mailed to you. To upgrade your current version you may download the newer shareware version and request a new registration code which converts the shareware version into a fully functional registered version. As listed in the license agreement, the registered owner may use the software on several machines as long as software is not being used at the same time on each machine. The software may be used on a network by as many users as are licensed. For example, if you purchase one copy of AGiSS software with a multi-user license count of 10, then up to 10 users may use the software at a time. If more than 10 users access the software at a time, then you have violated the license agreement and must purchase additional user licenses.
