Introducing AGiSS eGrade

eGrade is a new feature added to AGiSS GradeBook (WinGrade) that allows users to send electronic grade reports using standard e-mail! With eGrade, parents and students can be informed of their class marks at any time during the year!

eGrade is so simple to use, you'll wonder how you got along without it!

1) Specify the type of eGrade report you want to generate

2) Enter the subject of the e-mail

3) Enter the message body of the e-mail

4) Press the Send E-Mail button and watch it fly!

eGrade is integrated directly into WinGrade, and the only requirement to use this feature is standard internet e-mail account and a connection to the internet.

No additional e-mail software is required.

eGrade will handle connecting to the specified SMTP mail server, formatting the e-mail for each student, and delivering the e-mail to each address.

With eGrade you can specify your own signature file, and any number of optional file attachements you wish to be included in the e-mail.

Report Cards
Virtual GradeBook login information
Detailed Student Summary Report
Deficiency Report
