When I view the Student Summary or Assignment Averages, the averages for some of my students are incorrect. What is going wrong?
If you are using version 4.7, or an earlier version of the software, you need to update the WGSCLASS.DLL to version 4.7.1 to correct an indexing problem while calculating assignment averages. ***NOTE: This problem does not affect the grade calculation, only the averages calculation. To resolve this issue download the file above and copy it to the location where you have the grade book software installed. Typically this is the c:\agiss directory. If you are not sure of the directory where the software is installed, search for the file wgsclass.dll
